Veronica grew up in upstate New York and got her undergraduate dual degrees in English and Public Relations at SI Newhouse, Syracuse University. She later settled in Chicago, Illinois where she earned her Master’s in Elementary Education. Prior to coming aboard, she worked at All ‘Bout Children and was trained in sandtray therapy and play therapy for the very young.

Veronica sees individuals of all ages, focusing on anxiety, depression, couples counseling, and anger management and has also facilitated group settings. Her extensive experience involves working with individuals with global delays and their families. Although her range of work involved the entire age spectrum, Veronica has a strong interest in the adolescent age group because of the minimal clinical support available for this fragile population. She enjoys all of it, however, and believes that her job is to empower her clients to make the decisions that work best for them in navigating through their stuck points.

Veronica has taught a variety of ages, from preschool to 7th grade. Connecting with her students and seeing their individual struggles in development, was the inspiration to go back to school and earn her Master’s at Nova Southeastern University in Mental Health Counseling.

She currently lives in Jupiter with her husband and two children and is an active member in the community.
